1. What is the local shipping rate?

Good News!! We deliver free via Singpost or Courier service if you purchase $50 or above in a single order.

For orders of less than $50, we will ship out via Singpost (unregistered) to your address at a flat fee of $7.

Note: Local delivery via Courier is available from Mondays to Fridays only, except Public Holidays. Please ensure that someone is able to receive your orders at the time and date that you have agreed to. Redelivery may be subjected to a new delivery charge. For deliveries made by Singpost, if the initial delivery is unsuccessful, you will be able to collect your order at the nearest Singpost Post Office.


2. What currency are you using? Where are you based?

Zero2Six is an online store based in Singapore that ships internationally.

As such, the currency displayed on our website is Singapore dollars (S$) by default. At the moment, we only accept payment in Singapore dollars (S$). Credit/Debit card payments by Visa or Mastercard are powered by Paypal, but currently we are unable to accept payments by Amex


3. Can I order from outside Singapore?

Yes, of course! Please email us to confirm the shipping rate before you place your order.

The approximate transit time: 1-3 working days, subject to customs clearance. Please note that any taxes or duties imposed by customs at the destination country (at the discretion of the authorities), if any, is entirely payable by the recipient. You may wish to call customs to check on any applicable taxes and customs clearance before you proceed with your order. Zero2Six will not issue any refunds for goods held by customs.

4. How can I check my order status and order history?

Simply log on to your Zero2Six account to check your order status and order history. In addition, you will receive e-mail updates on your order status when your order is processed and shipped.


5. Why is my order taking so long to ship?

We will ship out your order within 3 working days (for deliveries within Singapore). But do bear with us during the peak seasons, as there may be a slight delay in the delivery process.


6. What if the item runs out of stock?

As our online store is linked up with our warehouse inventory system, our stock status is updated in real-time. Once you have placed an order and made your payment, the item will be reserved for you.


7. We will only refund your paid orders if your request meets any of the following conditions:
 a. wrong item(s) delivered (item code and product description such as colour is different)
 b. item is damaged
Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.

8. Exchanges of online orders must be made within 5 days from date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

 a. The exchange must be performed online. We are unable to facilitate any exchange or refund at our brick and mortar outlets for any orders made online.

 b. The original order must be exchanged for product(s) of the same value or higher. A top-up will be required if the value is higher.

 c. There will be no refund of the shipping fee for the original order and you will be required to ship the product(s) back to us at your own cost. You may also have to pay additional shipping fees for delivery of the exchanged product.

 d. The exchanged item will only be shipped out after the original product(s) has been returned to us. The original product(s) must be packed in its pre-sold condition with its price tag. There must not be any damage or alteration done to the product(s).

 e. Our exchange policy is not applicable to the following items:

-soft toys / plush toys
-books and stationery
-bath and skincare products
-all other cleaning products
-all other hygiene products
-items on sale
-any other items at the discretion of Zero2Six


9. Do you do assembly of the products?

Yes, for items that require assembly, we can assemble the product for you free of charge, but you must indicate in your order that you need this service. We will assemble the product in our warehouse and shrink wrap it before delivering it to you. This is only applicable for deliveries within Singapore.


10. Do you have a physical shop?

Zero2Six has 3 stores located at I12 Katong, Mandarin Gallery, and JEM.


11. Can I do a self-collection?

Purchases made online cannot be arranged to be self-collected at our physical outlets. Exceptions will be made for tourists who have purchased online and will be picking up their orders when coming down to Singapore.
